COLBERT, Okla. (AP) - Authorities say at least three people are dead after a semitrailer and van transporting a group of seniors collided in southern Oklahoma.

State Highway Patrol Trooper Betsy Randolph says one of the victims was a 105-year-old woman. Randolph says the woman's son also was killed, although his age wasn't immediately known. The name and age of the third victim also wasn't known.

Randolph says four other people were seriously injured.

The accident happened around 3:30 p.m. Friday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 75 and state Highway 91 in Bryan County. Witnesses told the patrol that the semi was merging onto the highway and struck the van.

The scene is just south of Colbert and just north of the Red River that marks the Oklahoma-Texas line.
