Arlington senior found safe after Silver Alert was issued

ARLINGTON — Arlington police said a 70-year-old Alzheimer's disease patient was found safe Thursday after a Silver Alert was issued.

Family members said Francisco Cervantes had last been seen at his home in the 2100 block of Lincoln Drive at around 2 a.m. Thursday. When they checked on him at 5:30 a.m., he was missing.

Cervantes, 70, was found Thursday afternoon about two miles from home outside an apartment complex.
