2 minors, 1 adult taken to hospital after Irving apartment fire

Three minors were transported to Parkland Hospital Monday afternoon after a two-alarm fire at an Irving apartment complex. Just before 5 p.m., the fire at the Chivas West Apartments in the 1700 block of North Britain Road went to two alarms.
