Water Mains breaks in Dallas
DALLAS - Two major water main breaks led to some wet driving conditions early Wednesday morning.
One of the main breaks occurred in the 2900 block of Abrams Street. The roadway was closed in the area as crews worked to fix the problem. A sand truck was also called in to cut down on any potential icy conditions.
The second main break happened in downtown near the Dallas Farmers Market at Canton and Harwood streets. The roads were completly flooded. Crews worked to clear the area of water as the morning commute began Wednesday.
