BROWNSVILLE, Texas (AP) — Police have identified the family members who were seriously injured when a package bomb exploded inside their Brownsville home.

Brownsville police say the Friday blast injured 26-year-old Jesus Juarez, 30-year-old Iviz Machado and their daughter, Andrea Juarez.

No information was immediately available on their conditions.

Police say the family found the package outside their home, brought it in and opened it Friday morning. Not all the explosive devices inside the package detonated, so the bomb squad detonated them later.

Police are working with the FBI and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to investigate the explosion.
