A Dallas judge ruled Friday on a Temporary Restraining Order sought by dentist Richard Malouf against WFAA-TV and reporter Byron Harris.
The judge decided that WFAA may not use its helicopter to take pictures of Malouf's house for 13 days.
On November 1, the judge will decide whether to convert the restraining order to a temporary injunction.
