David Ringer, the subject of a recent News 8 investigation, has been indicted by a Dallas County grand jury on two counts of felony theft.
The former director of the Solar Youth Soccer Club in Dallas was accused of stealing nearly a million dollars from parents over the past five years.
Ringer said he was only paying himself for legal work done for the club. He calls the allegations unfounded.
