We've been making some fresh checks around North Texas after calling a lot of the big chains on Saturday.
On Sunday, we concentrated on independent pharmacies and smaller clinics, and many of them told us they are not ordering new shipments of vaccine once they run out.
Nurses at Quest Urgent Care in Dallas said their offices have seen a rush of patients coming in asking for the shot, and their supply is now depleted
But because it's so late in the winter season, Quest said it is not ordering any more of the vaccine.
The Centers for Disease Control says flu season most commonly peaks in January and February.
