DALLAS ― There are plenty of color comments popping up on Facebook. It's a movement with a serious message.
It all started with a chain message between women playing a game ― writing down the color of their bra in their status and nothing else. But it turned into a way to spread the message of breast cancer awareness.
"I think, simply put, this really has been ― for a lot of people ― a fun and creative way for them to sit up and take notice and have a dialogue about breast cancer," said Emily Callahan of Susan G. Komen for a Cure.
In a matter of 24 hours, the traffic to the Dallas-based Susan G Komen Foundation fan page increased 2,000 percent.
