Medical experts debate taking West Nile fight to the air

The Dallas County Medical Society sent a letter, with background documents, signed by some of the area's best experts in infection and outbreaks to the Dallas County Health Department, recommending controversial aerial pesticide spraying to prevent the spread of West Nile virus.
