DALLAS - Parkland Memorial Hospital is replacing Dr. Ron Anderson as president and chief financial officer.
Anderson has served as the head of the county hospital for nearly three decades.
The federal government recently threatened Parkland with funding cuts due to patient safety issues. Parkland's board says Anderson was not fired and he will stay on in a leadership role.
A new position will be created for him next year.
