Houston-area baby has a 'bucket list'

Avery Canahuati is 5 months old. And after a diagnosis of SMA Type 1, an incurable genetic disorder that destroys spinal neurons, she may only live 13 months more. But instead of grieving now, her parents have chosen to chronicle their daughter’s precious few months in an online bucket list. They hope their efforts can help spread the word about the disorder, and one day there will be a cure.
