The Heroes Project is hosting an event that not only allows you to show off your golf swing, but also raises money for their organization that helps veterans keep in good health mentally and physically.

The organization provides home gyms for disabled veterans.

"The neat thing is we can customize it to whatever their injury is," said Matt Triana, with FITCO.

The Heroes Project partnered with TopGolf for the SniperGolf fundraiser from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday at TopGolf in Allen.

It cost $50 to play and includes unlimited TopGolf games, appetizers and entertainment or $30 to watch, which also includes unlimited appetizers and entertainment.

News 8 Daybreak's Brian Glenn talks with Triana to get the details.
