Since February, we've been following Sonya Johnson's quest to get in shape.

The Wylie mom has committed to not only lose weight, but to lead a healthier lifestyle as well.

While it is no magic bullet, drinking enough water can play a big part in both goals. Keri DeVillers, a registered dietician from Medical City Dallas Hospital, discussed the benefits of water with Shelly Slater.
