HURST – A seventh Tarrant County resident has died from West Nile-related complications.
The health department says the latest victim is a Hurst resident in his late 70s who had “multiple underlying health conditions.”
This death comes one day after the county’s sixth, which was a Fort Worth man in his 70s who also had underlying health conditions.
Tarrant County has had 252 human cases of West Nile compared to Dallas County’s 353, Denton County’s 157 and Collin’s 68.
