Joel Harper is a personal trainer with celebrity clientele that includes Dr. Oz. If his workouts are Oz-approved, they must be good.

Harper joined News 8 Daybreak to give us some post-holiday motivation, especially for anyone who is creeping closer to or is already over the age of 40.
