Dr. Oz said splurging is not all bad. He said it shakes up your metabolism.

"If you are going to eat things that are not great for you, make sure the calories don't go to the fat on your hips, goes into the muscles on your body," said Dr. Mehmet Oz. "Two tips. Grapefruit juice actually channels sugar into muscles. So it will begin to burn it off, you'll get rid of it more rapidly."

He said you only need to drink one glass of grapefruit juice.

The other tip he gave was to do a little bit of exercise right after you eat. A few air swats, stretches and exercises that use the big muscle are suggested.

For those on medication for heart or blood pressure, Dr. Oz strongly suggest fans take it before the game.
