A dress-code disagreement left a Tulsa family upset -- and a little girl in tears.
Deborah Brown Community School says those rules are in place for a reason. The child's father feels the school went too far.
Terrance Parker said the school hassled him so much, he didn't have a choice. Terrance, who's a barber, said school officials at Deborah Brown told him his daughter, Tiana, didn't look presentable.
Specifically, her dreadlocks.
