More than $5,000 in reward money is being pledged to find the person who may have tortured a dog in Ellis County.
Veterinarians say Bear's eyes were gouged out after he briefly escaped from his home in Garrett.

Garrett Police Chief Bill Turnage says the city is sending out flyers in hopes of finding out more information about what happened. There are no suspects at this time.
