DALLAS — "Soul Train" took the world by storm. On Saturday, there are plans to stage a big honor for the late Don Cornelius, who developed and hosted the long-running TV dance party.
The World's Largest Soul Train Line is planned for Victory Park in Dallas at noon Saturday. Everyone is welcome to join in with the hope of setting a Guinness record.
