 The Fort Worth Food & Wine Festival kicks off tonight at the legendary Billy Bobs. Some of the areas top chefs will be on hand to showcase their signature dishes. Jon Bonnell, of Warters & Bonnell prepares a tasty dish and well as introduces us to the 'sabrage', a technique used to open a champagne bottle.
