FORT WORTH --  After several several police cars showed up at Fossil Ridge High School in the Keller Independent School District and rumors of a possible shooting started flying, about 250 students left school early on Monday.

Keller ISD sent out information that extra security was brought in Monday morning because of a fight last week after school.

Rumors of a possible shooting or a weapon on the campus started flying on Facebook and Twitter.  Parents arrived at the school and removed thier children early.

Classes were held as usual. No weapons were found on the campus.

Keller ISD officials said extra security will be on hand again Tuesday at Fossil Ridge.
