UNIVERSITY PARK - It is reported to be the fastest-growing sport in America: Yoga.

For thousands of North Texans, it is part of their morning routine. Now, toddlers are getting in on it, too.

On Monday morning, WFAA’s Wyatt Goolsby took a look inside We Yogis in University Park.

Since We Yogis opened in the fall of 2012, instructors have offered classes designed for kids ages 3 to 13. On Monday, the owner Diana Rodgers told News 8 that Yoga has the ability to develop strength, flexibility, and focus for adults and children.

Rodgers said the biggest difference for the Yoga children’s classes is the more relaxed atmosphere and openness to be creative and playful within the foundations of the sport.
