Amy Kushnir prepared this recipe for Hot Onion Souffle on News 8 Daybreak Saturday, December 29.
- 1 cup finely chopped onion (or 12 - 16 ou. bag frozen, chopped onions - thawed, moisture removed and pat dry)
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayo
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Stir all together and transfer to shallow baking dish.
- Bake for 20 min. or until golden brown on top.
- Serve warm with crackers or Pita chips.
