Amy Kushnir of My Texas Today prepared this easy and tasty recipe on News 8 Daybreak Saturday, April 21.


Cornbread Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup melted margarine or butter
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8.5 oz. Jiffy Cornbread
  • 1 small (baby) can Whole Kernel Corn (drained)
  • 1 small (baby) can Creamed Style Corn
  • 3 Tbs. chopped jalapeños (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and pour into a greased 8 x 8 baking dish.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
