Amy Kushnir of My Texas Today prepared this easy and tasty recipe on News 8 Daybreak Saturday, April 21.
- 1/4 cup melted margarine or butter
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8.5 oz. Jiffy Cornbread
- 1 small (baby) can Whole Kernel Corn (drained)
- 1 small (baby) can Creamed Style Corn
- 3 Tbs. chopped jalapeños (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and pour into a greased 8 x 8 baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
