We're just kidding!  Here are some fun Valentine's Day recipes:

DAYBREAK RECIPE: Valentine's Day tasty treats

Truffles from Jessica Clark, Pastry Chef, Frisco Gun Club:


4 oz. Heavy Cream
7 oz. Good Quality Dark Chocolate
1/2 oz. Butter
1 oz. Bourbon Whiskey or Spirit of your Choice

Chocolate for dipping truffles
Various ingredients for coating truffles: Nuts


Garnet Kiss from Seth Brammer, Mixologist, the second floor:

1 oz. laird’s apple brandy
½ oz. lemon juice
1 oz. pomegranate juice
¾ oz. simple syrup
3-4 oz. champagne
Spritz of rose water
Rose petals or lemon twist

1. Shake apple brandy, lemon, grenadine, pomegranate juice, and simple syrup with ice.
2. Strain into champagne coupe.
3. Top with champagne.
4. Lightly spray top of cocktail with rose water.
5. Garnish with rose petals or lemon twist
