Body found in dumpster
Update: 6:50 p.m.
DALLAS - A body was found burning in a Dumpster behind a restaurant early Friday morning in the 1100 block of Graham Avenue in Dallas.
Late Friday, Dallas Police said Dietrich Shannon, 40, was arrested and charged with murder. A patrol officer found the Dumpster ablaze just after 3 a.m. Friday and called Dallas Fire Rescue. Once the flames were put out, the body was found inside.
Police have not released any other information, including the victim's identity.
