DALLAS - Two suspects accused of breaking into an SUV were arrested after driving their getaway car into a police cruiser and slamming head on into another vehicle fleeing the scene early Thursday morning in Dallas, police said.

It began with the men fleeing the scene in an El Camino, which T-boned the police cruiser at about 12:30 a.m. at Elm St & N Good Latimer Expy. The driver continued on, slamming into another vehicle head on at Casiz and S. Akard streets, about two miles from the initial crash. The two suspects were arrested.

The officers and a person in the second vehicle suffered minor injuries.
