More than 50 weapons stolen in Arlington gun store burglary

ARLINGTON — Multiple suspects stole are than 50 guns from an Arlington gun store in the early hours of Thursday morning, police say.

The suspects remain at large. The Arlington Police Department released video of the burglary on YouTube.

According to a news release, police responded to an alarm in the 800 block of Avenue H East at 3 a.m. Thursday.

Burglars had forced their way through the front window of the business and stolen a variety of handguns and rifles before fleeing the scene. In all, more than 50 weapons were stolen.

A witness at a neighboring business said the suspects fled the scene in a black Ford F-350.

The ATF is also participating in the investigation.
