Noah Timmons, who took his own life Tuesday night after losing a race to outrun police, left behind a final video message that he recorded during the nearly two-hour high-speed pursuit through Dallas and Rockwall counties.

"I was hoping it didn't end like this," Timmons said on the video as sirens could be heard blaring in the background.

Balch Springs police had been trying to serve a warrant for sexual assault of his ex-girlfriend's six-year-old daughter.

"I ain't stopping," Timmons declared in the video after expressing love for family members.
