DENTON- The lawyer for the Texas Woman's University student arrested for making a terroristic threat claimed his client is being unlawfully held.

Christopher Gillette has been in the Denton County Jail since March 1.

His lawyer said a $250,000 bond is unreasonable and the arrest affidavit alleges no offense.

TWU went on lockdown after Gillette made comments against the government about his pain from injuries he suffered in the military.
