DALLAS — Police arrested 24-year-old Johnny Walker after a deadly shooting in Southeast Dallas.

According to investigators, Walker shot 55-year-old Charles Turner on Saturday afternoon in the 5500 block of South Lamar Street.

According to his arrest warrant Walker had told a friend earlier Saturday that he was angry with someone who had pushed him. Walker allegedly said he wanted to kill that person.

Shortly after Turner was killed, Walker was arrested and charged with murder. He was being held at the Dallas County jail and bond was set at $500,000.
