FLAGSTAFF, Arizona — Terrance Black, the man accused of murdering a Collin County woman last month, is expected in an Arizona courtroom on Monday for an extradition hearing.
Authorities released a new mugshot of Black, showing him in a neck brace. The photo was taken after he jumped into the Grand Canyon to avoid being questioned by park rangers.
Black is suspected of killing Susan Loper in Plano last month.
The suspect is now out of the hospital and jailed in Flagstaff.
