Dallas police release video of robbery hoping to catch thief

DALLAS - Dallas police hope surveillance video posted on YouTube will help them catch a thief.

On January 12, a man broke into a business at 1366 Round Table Drive. Video shows the man wrapping a rock in a piece of clothing and throwing it through the front door to break the glass.

Once inside, he gathers equipment together and leaves. He can even be seen wiping off the handles, possibly to remove fingerprints.

The man is described as a black man in his early to mid-40s. He is bald, about 6' tall and 220 pounds.

The video can be seen on the Dallas Police Department's YouTube channel.
