DALLAS — A man accused in more than a dozen brazen robberies is behind bars.
Detectives allege that Michael Dewayne Cleveland robbed 13 insurance offices in Dallas and another two in Irving between July and October.
Several of the offenses were caught on surveillance video. It showed the suspect covering his face and waving a gun at employees, forcing them to hand over cash.
The getaway car, a red Ford Explorer, was also recorded by security cameras.
Cleveland, 30, was booked Sunday afternoon on two charges of aggravated robbery, along with two additional charges. Bond was set at $101,000.
