ENNIS --An Ennis high school student has been charged with sexually assaulting another student.
17-year-old Boston Prachyl was arrested at the high school Tuesday.

He is accused of raping an underage student, and police documents reported the sexual contact was not consensual.

Prachyl is a star athlete on the high school football team and was being recruited by colleges across the country.

He has been transferred to an alternative school and is not allowed to play for the team.

This was the second high profile arrest at the high school in the last week.

Agricultural science teacher Joshua Jaggears, 27, was arrested on charges of soliciting minors. Police said he asked both current and former students for naked pictures.

Jaggears has resigned from the district.

Ennis school officials called a special meeting Thursday night to answer questions from concerned parents about the arrests.

Jaggears’ attorney turned down News 8’s request for an interview. Prachyl's attorney denied the allegations against him.
