Members of the New Black Panther Party were escorted out of the Dallas Police Department headquarters Tuesday while protesting the shooting of minority suspects by the Dallas police. The New Black Panther Party, friends and family of James Harper and families of prior suspects who were shot by Dallas police were demanding policy changes from the Dallas police, who they claim have a "shoot-to-kill" policy regarding minority suspects. They want officers better trained to bring down suspects without lethal force.
