Warrant issued for mailman accused of killing dog with rock

FORT WORTH -- A felony arrest warrant for animal cruelty has been issued for a Fort Worth mail carrier. 

The mailman is accused of killing the Brown family's 10-pound Yorkie with a rock last month near their front yard.

The U.S. Postal Service said the carrier felt threatened, but they put him on paid leave.   

 

UPDATE: The Fort Worth mail carrier turned himself into police on June 19th. He was released after posting a $3,500 bond.
