Vigil set for slain Rockwall teen

Police are investigating the death of a 15-year-old girl in a Lake Rockwall Estates home Tuesday night as a homicide. Surie Baeza, a student at Rockwall Heath High School, was found unresponsive by her mother and appeared to have been stabbed multiple times.
