WEATHERFORD — A Springtown woman accused of fatally shooting her boyfriend Friday night made a statement to the media from the Parker County Jail on Monday.
Roni Lisenbe claimed she was a victim of domestic violence.
"I told them I shot my boyfriend because he attacked me," she said.
Through tears, Lisenbe added that after she dialed 911, she called her ex-boyfriend.
Lisenbe is accused of killing Richard Graves on Friday night. No one has claimed his body.
Investigators said Lisenbe has a criminal history involving drugs and theft.
