Dallas Alzheimer's Associaton CEO charged with sexual contact with minor

MCKINNEY - The president and CEO of the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Dallas was arrested and charged with criminal sexual contact with a minor under 13.

The alleged crime occured in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where Michael Spencer was listed as the Crime Stoppers Fugitive of the Week.  

Spencer is being held in the Collin County Jail in McKinney.

In a statement, officials with the Alzheimer's Association said they were shocked and saddened by the allegations and will cooperate with authorities during the investigation. 

Spencer was placed on a leave of absense from the Alzheimer's Assocation until the investigation is resolved.
