DALLAS - A husband and wife who both work as teachers for the Dallas Independent School District have been arrested and are accused of sexually assaulting several juveniles.

Police confiscated videos and computers from the Mesquite home of Jesse Castillo, 50, and his wife Virginia Castillo, 46.

Police said they believe some of Jesse Castillo's victims were girls who worked part-time for the couple's side business of children's parties. The couple may have been making pornographic videos involving the juveniles, police said.

Neighbors said they often saw children at the couples' Mesquite home.

"They put a little blue pool up," said one neighbor. "And I told my husband that it was kind of unusual that he would have kids under the age of teenagers swimming at the pool when their son was between the age of 18 and 20 years old."

Mr. Castillo is a teacher at E B Comstock Middle School. His wife teaches pre-kindergarten at Nancy Moseley Elementary School.

The couple has been charged with sexual performance by a child and indecency with a child.

"I think it's horrible because we live right across the street from an elementary and a high school," a neighbor said.

The Castillos are currently being held in the Dallas County Jail on a $150,000 bond.

Dallas police are still investigating as they look into how many possible victims are involved in the case. DISD officials have not commented on the arrests.
