MCKINNEY — Authorities in McKinney have located a person of interest in a case where a child said she was touched inappropriately while at a McDonald's restaurant.

Late Friday morning, McKinney police released images of an elderly man and a woman he was observed talking with while at the McDonald's on February 15.
