FORT WORTH – The Kennedale High School teacher accused of having sex with five male students has been indicted. A Tarrant County grand jury made that decision on Friday.

In May, Brittni Colleps, 27, was charged with five counts of improper relationship between an educator and student. The students were 18-years-old or older.

Police said the incidents all took place at her Arlington home in April and May. Four of the alleged offenses took place on May 10. Police said one student had video to backup the claims.

Colleps remains free on $125,000 bond. If convicted of the crimes, Colleps could be sent to prison for 20 years.
