Garland police arrested Matthew Lee Johnson in connection with the fiery attack on a clerk at a convenience store early Sunday.

GARLAND — Matthew Lee Johnson, the man accused of robbing and setting a grandmother on fire Sunday morning, will have a harder time getting out of jail.
On Wednesday, a judge raised Johnson's bond to $1 million.
Police say he took money from the Fina Whip-In convenience store in and then attacked 76-year-old clerk Nancy Harris.
She remains hospitalized with serious burns.
