FORT WORTH — Fort Worth police say they have arrested Tywron Pierre Thomas in connection with the murder of a convenience store clerk one week ago today.
Thomas, 23, was taken into custody without incident Tuesday at the apartment of a girlfriend in Fort Worth by officers acting on an anonymous tip.
Thomas is the fourth man arrested following the March 23 robbery and homicide at the Valero convenience store in the 4100 block of Mansfield Highway. Store clerk Daniel Rojas, 22, was shot and killed. A bread truck delivery driver was also shot in the head and critically wounded.
