FORT WORTH –– The Fort Worth Police Department needs help identifying a robber who has stolen thousands of dollars from check cashing and Metro PCS employees at gunpoint since June.

Police spokesman Officer Daniel Segura said the man is suspected in "multiple" robberies in Fort Worth, Burleson and Pantego. He's hit stories wearing Western-style clothing and has posed as a floral delivery worker.

He's also brandished a silver handgun during the robberies.

Police believe he's responsible for five in Fort Worth alone since the end of June. According to an incident report, the man stole $150 from the Texas Car Title and Payday location in the 6500 block of Camp Bowie at 9:53 a.m. on June 28.

He struck again less than a week later, stealing $730 from the Cash For Gold location in the 700 block of N. Sylvania Ave on July 3 at 8:14 p.m. He also took jewelry, wallets and cell phones from customers.

On August 9 at 10:38 a.m., the suspect stole $130 from the Texas Car Title and Payday Loan in the 1500 block of West Berry. On August 30 at 8:54 p.m., police believe he stole $827 from the Metro PCS location in the 2900 block of N.E. 28th Street.

And the next day he made away with more than $2,000 from the Check in Cash location in the 6400 block of McCart Ave. The police report says he "used a vase with flowers in it to cover his face."

"The fact that he has displayed a weapon makes him dangerous," Segura wrote in an email. "Fortunately, no one has been injured by his actions.

The man is believed to be between 35 and 45 years old and stands about 5'8 to 6'0 tall. Segura also said he's suspected in a number of robberies in Pantego and Burleson, but did not have specifics on those.

If anyone has information about the suspect, you're asked to call the non-emergency number for the police department at 817.335.4222, Crime Stoppers at 817.469.7477, Det. S.A. Phillips at 817.392.4379 or submit an anonymous tip digitally at this address.
