PLANO - Andrew Portray Johnson, 18, was sentenced to 35 years in prison with no possibility for parole by a Collin County judge Monday following a plea bargain agreement for the continued sexual abuse of three children, Collin County District Attorney Greg Willis announced.

In May 2010, Johnson, who worked at a Plano Braum's, made contact with a seven-year-old male in the restaurant's bathroom, pulled down the boy's pants and rubbed himself inappropriately against the child's buttocks. He was arrested on May 19, 2010.

He was released from jail on a $10,000 bond, after which he abused another seven-year-old male and a nine-year-old male. Neither of those instances took place at the restaurant.

Johnson was rearrested on Oct. 2, 2010, and has remained in jail since on a $150,000 bond. Johnson suffers from a degenerative brain disease.
