DALLAS – Dallas police investigators are asking for the public's help in finding a man they want to question regarding a murder at a Red Roof Inn north of U.S. 635 last weekend.
In a release, department spokesman Gerardo Monreal calls Juan Reynoso, 39, a 'person of interest.' He drives a black Nissan Xterra, but police aren't sure of its year.
If anyone contacts Reynoso, Monreal asks that you call the homicide unit at 214.671.3584.
On Sunday, Jeronimo Daza, 35, went to pick up his girlfriend with another witness at the Red Roof Inn at 13185 North Central Expressway. Police said the woman's ex-boyfriend was also there. He and Daza got into an argument. The ex-boyfriend pulled a gun and shot Daza and the witness.
Daza later died. The witness survived being shot in the chest.
