Body found near Oak Cliff creek
DALLAS – Dallas police investigators are at the banks of an Oak Cliff creek where the body of an adult male was found.
The active scene is at 1200 Compton Street, which abuts Cedar Creek south of E. Clarendon Dr. A department spokesman on scene said an officer investigating reports of illegal dumping found the body Thursday morning.
While the cause of death hasn't been officially announced, homicide detectives are on scene. We'll have more information as it becomes available.
